I just clicked to "not search the internet for drivers", but to "install the driver automatically". Once it's installed that, it'll pop up lots of other installation prompts to install a bunch of Microsoft DeFiddledeedee this, and Microsoft DRM Poobah that. Point it to the spot where you've unzipped the drivers you download (sp32272). While it's installing the drivers, it asks for a file that it can't find. Choose "Update Driver", then check the box to specify the device from a list yourself (the bottom option).Ĭhoose "Sound, and game controller", then "Conexant", then "ACLink"! Done! Go into the Device Manager, right click on the "Multimedia Audio Device", or whatever it's called in there. I have now tried a different way, and I think it's all working. I downloaded the driver, and it would run, but at the end would say "FAILURE. ![]()
